Your responsibilities and main duties:
Be responsible for the development and commercial success on the Luxembourgish Market
Act to make customers successful by providing them with training, coaching and support
Activate customers to use all features of the platform
Be responsible for customer onboarding
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Perform product demonstrations to customers and prospects
Meet on a regular basis with key account holders
Provide market intelligence and understand industry and market trends
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
Your education, experience, skills :
- Strong communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills: be able to read customers, understand their needs, and find a way to sell what they would be willing to buy
- Strong prospecting and contract negotiation skills with a hunter mentality
IT literate
- You are a sports enthusiast
- Be proactive and self-motivated
- High degree of entrepreneurial spirit and initiative
- Ability to constantly cooperate with other members of our team
Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks within the constraints of timelines
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Solid written and spoken German, French, Luxembourgish and English skills
